Title: Quote from Barney. Who's Barney? Only the most kick-ass womanizer character ever made. You should watch How I Met Your Mother. Yes, the sitcom. I love it. I'm not proud of this, but I watched the first three seasons in a week. Comedy lifts my spirit.

Anyway, that is not the point, the point is something happened yesterday that just HAS to go in my blog, or journal... Whatever.

Amgad cooked for me

He made Chicken pasta a la Amgad. His own invention. It's made of chicken in a tomato sauce with leeks, parsley, lemon and olive oil. It might sound so very weird, but it tasted great! The only modifications it needs is to use fresh chicken breasts instead of frozen chicken Shawerma. He had to buy frozen chicken Shawerma because it was too late and no one had fresh chicken. The other modification is to peel the tomatoes before dicing it for the sauce.

I was surprised Amgad actually knows how to portion. He put enough lemon, enough oil, and enough parsley to make the taste extremely balanced. I'm proud of him xD

In other news, Amgad got his visa invite and he's taking it to the KSA embassy tomorrow. It should take 5 days max to be ready.

Also I've been dancing/exercising everyday plus watching my calorie count and eating healthy. Trying to lose the weight I've gained lately. I feel so much better.
